The project started with performance optimization reporting and evolved into a flexible reporting tool. It is a standard ETL task. The Client decided to implement their own solution rather than using existing solutions to be able to manage appropriately any possible requirements. Later other major activities were assigned to the Offshore Dedicated Team®.
The challenges occurred during the expansion of the Client’s presence in Eastern Europe were associated with the specifics of the region.
Serving the utility industry for over a decade, the Client deploys proprietary technology and platforms to solve challenging problems for businesses, utilities and governments. The Client’s data-driven analytics help the industry automate and streamline regulatory compliance, operations monitoring, emergency response and other business challenges.
