Let’s Talk We were glad to see our old partners and to meet new ones at the Fourth Russian Outsourcing & Software Summit to be held by Fort-Ross IT Services Consortium in cooperation with Localization Industry Standards Association (LISA) in St. Petersburg, Russia, from June 9 through June 12, 2004. The participants of the Summit discussed the outsourcing globalization, new trends in the Russian outsourcing market, and investment opportunities in software development.
