Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Partner Manager to develop, implement, and manage our referral and partnership program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and partnership management, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a strategic mindset to drive growth through partnerships. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive referral program strategy to attract and engage partners.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership program strategy to attract and engage partners.
- Identify and build relationships with potential referral partners, including businesses, influencers, and industry leaders.
- Manage existing partner relationships, ensuring mutual success and satisfaction.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of referral initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of the referral program, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Provide sales cycle for the potential clients came from referrals
- Led in organization and active participation in partner events
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the referral program.
- Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of referral programs and partnership dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus.
- Experience in digital marketing is a plus.
