The tracking and cataloging rapid changes in the logistics sector due to the lack of reliable information in the new business region. It required effective solutions in spatial data collection and processing.
The CRM system the Client uses has a lot of operations that are simple, repetitive, and can/should be automated to economize user time and make CRM usage more efficient and convenient.
The project started with performance optimization reporting and evolved into a flexible reporting tool. It is a standard ETL task. The Client decided to implement their own solution rather than using existing solutions to be able to manage appropriately any possible requirements. Later other major activities were assigned to the Offshore Dedicated Team®.
The Client wanted to create the solution ready for production ASAP, but due to a lack of resources it was challenging. To overcome the challenge the Intetics team was engaged. During the cooperation process, a lot of performance issues were solved and architectural improvements were implemented.

The Client’s analytics tool needed data that couldn't be purchased or licensed. Its collecting required a lot of qualified spatial analysts’ work and team to mark precise boundaries on a map.
The goal was to overhaul the platform and improve the learning experience for the higher education sector. A platform they already had was built on outdated architecture; it needed to be modernized and improved to meet business, customer and end-user needs.
The Client is a medical and software company that owns “All-in-One Practice Management Solution.” The solution includes real-time management tools for scheduling patients’ appointments and insurance verification, as well as for tracking every step of the revenue cycle
The challenges occurred during the expansion of the Client’s presence in Eastern Europe were associated with the specifics of the region.

The Client delivers innovative products for the automotive and transportation industries, such as real-time parking, traffic information, and solutions that facilitate the safe testing and deployment of autonomous vehicles.
The Client has helped more than 4 million consumers raise issues with companies for free. The Client's services are used by consumers living across the UK and worldwide. The Client has met the AA standard of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0.
